Maintaining Professionalism: The Fourth Day

For anyone who has completed one of our three-day courses this 1-day session helps you to maintain professionalism, through a reflective and challenging space, with a small group of peers. It can be taken multiple times as part of a longer-term programme. This is an opportunity to review your PDP, make any course corrections needed, review commitments and check your current situation against the domains of professionalism.

Very good and interactive, [I feel] Confident on the subject of boundaries. A feeling of being refreshed on this vast topic and being more reflective as a practitioner. A more in-depth awareness of boundary violations and how even small actions can lead to a cumulative effect and lead to more serious violations.

Maintaining Professionalism: The Fourth Day
The facilitation was… Insightful, emotionally intelligent and gently probing! I enjoyed the course far more than I expected to and I feel that xx’s guidance helped us really get to the granular level of what it means to remediate.
Probity and Ethics In Practice
Participants commented on the professional presentation of difficult subjects and how inclusive and containing the presenter was. The session helped counsellors to widen their viewpoints on boundary issues and raised many questions and much fruitful discussion. The day was very valuable.
