Coaching

Our coaching programmes are there to help you achieve your goals. These can be actions you agreed during a three-day course or new objectives that have come up. The coaching can be used during a period of suspension, in the run up to a hearing or as ongoing part of a restoration and maintenance plan.

The coach works to assist people make decisions and choices which are powerful for them, in line with their values and commitments.  Coaching can also support people to gain additional insight on professional challenges and to increase confidence and motivation.  Each session lasts for 90 minutes and is normally undertaken via video link.

If you seek a personalised check-in it is possible to book a one-off session to go over your plan and objectives and re-set goals and plans. More often a series of sessions are booked as a package of 3/6/9 etc and can be organised over weeks or months.

Please get in touch if you have any questions or would like to talk through what we offer.

The facilitation was… Insightful, emotionally intelligent and gently probing! I enjoyed the course far more than I expected to and I feel that xx’s guidance helped us really get to the granular level of what it means to remediate.
Probity and Ethics In Practice
Participants commented on the professional presentation of difficult subjects and how inclusive and containing the presenter was. The session helped counsellors to widen their viewpoints on boundary issues and raised many questions and much fruitful discussion. The day was very valuable.

I thought this was a very complicated puzzle that would take me years to solve. Now I see that it is very simple.
Maintaining Professional Relationships
Very good and interactive, [I feel] Confident on the subject of boundaries. A feeling of being refreshed on this vast topic and being more reflective as a practitioner. A more in-depth awareness of boundary violations and how even small actions can lead to a cumulative effect and lead to more serious violations.
