If you are facing enquiries or complaints about awareness and responsibility around establishing and maintaining professional relationships, this 3-day course is designed to provide an educational and reflective space for participants to examine the roots of their problematic behaviour and to have assistance in making personal and professional changes.

Who Is The Course For?

The course is for professionals in roles working with people, including medicine, nursing, social work, ministry, education, therapy, criminal justice, corporate and political settings.

When The Course Is Helpful

The course is for professionals who have a need to look at their awareness and responsibility around establishing and maintaining professional relationships. It may be helpful when there are concerns about: harassment; bullying; rudeness; aggressive or brusque behaviour; poor anger management; impulsiveness; disruptive or obstructive behaviours; perception of arrogance or aloofness; negative attitude; poor communication skills; resistance to feedback and acting in an unprofessional manner towards colleagues.

It is helpful where there are concernsallegations or findings – it is important to understand that the course has been helpful to people who face allegations, including where allegations are contested.

Day 1:  09:00 – circa 18:20
Day 2:  09:00 – circa 18:30
Day 3:  09:00 – circa 17:45

Booking Process & Fee

There are 5 places on each course.

Each participant is required to complete a pre-course form, returning it at least 3-weeks before the start of course.  The information requested is confidential and explores the context, substance of the issue/s faced and personal perspective. This information will ensure the course facilitator is fully informed as to the circumstances that bring you to us.

COST: £1,5000 +VAT [£1,800].  Places are secured when payment is made.

Payment is by bank transfer and places can be held for 24 hours to enable payments to be made.

Where it is not possible to meet the cost of the course time-limited payment plans are sometimes available on request
